Returns and Refund Policy for Skincare Products

- Eligibility: a. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. b. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.

Once you receive your RA number, securely package your item(s) along with the original packing slip or order confirmation, and clearly mark the RA number on the package. c. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided with your RA number.
- Refunds: a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). b. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. c. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
- Exchanges: a. If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. b. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
- Damaged or Defective Products: a. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. b. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process. c. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for the damaged or defective item(s).
- Non-returnable Items: a. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to opened skincare products, beauty tools, and accessories. b. Gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
